Teen Group 9-12 Classes
Teen group classes would be from 10-1pm Monday -Thursday with the goal to support students in high school with academics and social skills. Friday mornings will be optional to all students and will focus on professional skills. Thes classes will be taught by Lindsay Bell.
Lindsay grew up in Orem, Utah and received her bachelor’s degree in secondary education with an emphasis in social studies from Brigham Young University. She taught in Utah for one year before spending 11 years moving around the country as a full time Air Force Wife. While not actively teaching, Lindsay continued to be involved in education through PTA, volunteering for nonprofits that provided programing for schools, and tutoring. She received her master’s degree from Grand Canyon University in Special Education in 2020 and taught secondary special education for three years. During this time, and through her experience as a mother to two neurodivergent children of her own, Lindsay developed a passion for education options to assist students that fell behind in a brick-and-mortar public education setting.
